Cobras Futsal Club is a Futsal Club located in Bulleen that runs an Academy to teach players the modernised game of Futsal. With the tactics and style of playing Futsal rapidly changing, Cobras Futsal Club allows every player to realise how to play beautiful futsal. Cobras Futsal also compete in the Melbourne Futsal League where Cobras choose players from the Academy to represent Cobras Futsal Club in the Melbourne Futsal League.
What is Melbourne Futsal League?
Melbourne Futsal League is a Futsal League run over many locations in which all Futsal Clubs/Academies compete. This is known as the higest level of Futsal any player can play in Victoria. This Legaue is run by Football Federation Victoria and form this League, players are chosen to represent the Victorian Futsal Team in the National Futsal Competition.
What is Futsal?
Futsal is the FIFA approved version of Indoor Soccer. Learning the skills required for this game will improve your overall soccer skills at a much faster rate. Why is it that Brazilians Argentineans, the Spanish and French all seem to be able to play soccer at a higher level? The answer is that they all play Futsal when young. As a game it places considerable demand on technique, movement, tactical awareness and fitness. Because Futsal is a great skill developer, demanding quick reflexes, fast thinking, and pinpoint passing, it is an exciting game for children and a great way to develop all round Soccer skills.
